Handle the queuing operation, different queuing logic, estimate waiting time, and produce management reports
(2) Kiosk Client Software
Allow customers to get a ticket for the next number
(3) Service Counter Virtual Keypad Software
Allow service counter to call the next ticket to the counter
(4) Display Client Software
Announce the next number and a list of called numbers
(5) Monitor Client Software
Allow manager to monitor the operation in real-time
(6) Backoffice Client Software
Allow service counter to send information to the back office staff for further processing.
The system is based on the computer network architecture for easy installation, relocation, and adding/removing any units. It supports unlimited distance between all components, such as Server, Service Counters, Kiosk, Monitor and Display.
